Nepal Tour & Trekking Packages
Fully guided, ready-to-book Nepal trips of every kind — treks, tours, helicopter day trips, pilgrimage yatras, yoga retreats, motorcycle journeys and peak climbs — each with a day-by-day itinerary, clear inclusions, a realistic price band and a season-by-season plan.
Nepal packages take the logistics off your plate: licensed guides, accommodation, transport, permits and most meals, all arranged and priced up front around a clear day-by-day plan. Instead of piecing the trip together yourself, you pick a trip — from full-length Nepal trekking tours to an easy cultural circuit — choose your dates and season, and book.
The catalogue now spans every kind of Nepal trip — the classic guided treks and hiking tours in Nepal (Everest Base Camp, Annapurna, Manaslu, Langtang, Gokyo and the short Poon Hill and Mardi Himal routes), cultural tours of the Kathmandu Valley and the Kathmandu–Pokhara–Chitwan circuit, pilgrimage yatras to Kailash Mansarovar and Muktinath, the Everest Base Camp helicopter tour, a Himalayan motorcycle journey, a lakeside yoga retreat and Island Peak for those ready to climb. Each page sets out the full itinerary, what's included and excluded, a realistic cost range and the best months to go — so you can compare like for like.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in a guided Nepal package?+
A standard package covers your licensed guide, accommodation, ground transport or domestic flights, all permits and most meals — a trekking package adds porters and teahouse nights, a tour package adds a private vehicle and city hotels, and a climbing package adds the climbing permit and a climbing Sherpa. International flights, your Nepal visa, travel insurance, drinks and tips are normally extra — each package page lists exactly what is and isn't included.
How far ahead should you book a package in Nepal?+
For the peak autumn (October–November) and spring (March–April) seasons, book two to three months ahead to secure guides, teahouses and Lukla flight seats. City tours, yoga retreats and helicopter day trips are more flexible, and off-season trips can often be arranged with a few weeks' notice.
Can a package itinerary be customised?+
Yes. Lengths, add-ons like Gokyo or the Three Passes, private vs group departures and comfort level can all be adjusted. Use the itinerary on each package page as the standard version, then tell us what you'd like to change when you enquire.
What kinds of Nepal packages are there?+
Five broad families: multi-day treks (Everest Base Camp, Annapurna, Manaslu, Langtang), cultural tours (the Kathmandu Valley and the Kathmandu–Pokhara–Chitwan circuit), pilgrimage yatras (Kailash Mansarovar, Muktinath), adventure trips (helicopter tours, motorcycle tours, peak climbing) and wellness retreats. Every one runs with licensed local guides.
How much does a Nepal tour package cost?+
Across our 18 packages, short cultural tours start from about $300 per person, most 5–8-day treks and tours sit in the $450–1,500 band, and the classic Everest Base Camp and Annapurna treks run $800–2,200. Premium trips — the Kailash Mansarovar yatra, Upper Mustang, helicopter tours and Island Peak climbing — cost roughly $2,000–4,500. All prices are per person and drop noticeably for groups, so travelling with three or more friends is the easiest way to bring the per-head cost down.
